Linda Honold is the Executive Director of Citizen Action of Wisconsin Education Fund and joined Citizen Action as Deputy Director in April 2006 after 15 years as a strategic and organizational consultant. Before coming to Citizen Action, Linda served as a consultant to the Wisconsin Progressive Blueprint Project, where she was responsible for the implementation of the organizing components of the strategy. Her consulting work has focused on helping organizations develop goal-oriented systems which also enable the growth and development of employees and members. Linda assumed the responsibilities of Interim Executive Director in March 2007, stepping in for Bob Hudek, who moved on to pursue other opportunities to build progressive power. Linda also has served as Chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin and as Member of the Democratic National Committee Executive Committee from 2001-2005. Linda holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire, an M.S. in Industrial Relations from UW-Madison and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University. She is the author of Developing Employees "Who Love to Learn" and co-author of "Organizational DNA," as well as numerous articles on adult learning and organizational development.
