The USSA Foundation (USSAF) is the training and leadership development arm of USSA, the nation’s oldest and largest student association representing 4.5 million students nationwide. USSAF – with an emphasis on LGBT students, students of color, women students, low-income students, and students with disabilities – provides training and education material to college student activists to promote leadership development and civic engagement. USSAF trains and organizes students to win concrete victories on their campuses such as expanding recruitment and retention programs for underrepresented students, improving campus safety, and mobilizing students to vote.
