The League of Young Voters Education Fund/League of Independent Voters is a linked c3/c4 initiative designed to identify and train a national network of youth cultural leaders to maximize the 18-40 vote. LYVEF is a affiliated with the League of Independent Voters, a 501(c)4 membership organization formed to build a massive long-term progressive constituency, to create online/offline progressive voter guides all over the country, and to create a national network of Progressive Voter Blocs.

<p>LYVEF is dedicated to engaging diverse 17-35 year olds more deeply in the democratic process through peer-to-peer voter education and training that integrates a culture of "Voter Organization" into existing community, culture and issue-based groups. LYVEF co-convenes national and regional strategy sessions with other young voter organizations so organizations working on 17-35 year old voter engagement can support each other instead of reinventing wheels.</p>
