Peter Davis is State Voices' Technology Coordinator. He works with national staff, state directors and partner organizations on issues around online technology for non profits.
Peter is a founding member of Free Flow Data (http://www.freeflowdata.com) - at Free Flow Peter works with non-profit organizations on selecting technology, complex data integrations and scalable web solutions. His principal goals when working with organizations are to simplify complexity, foster better understanding of data analysis and reporting, and to facilitate the most appropriate use of data.
Before co-founding Free Flow Data in 2006, Peter was Director of Database Development for CTSG and later, Director of Data Warehousing for Kintera. In the non-profit sector, Peter has worked with Trout Unlimited, Save the San Francisco Bay, National Resources Defense Council, Fund for Public Interest Research, Working Assets, National Philanthropic Trust, Lance Armstrong Institute, Amnesty International, World Wildlife Fund, and Oceana. Peter has deep experience in data analysis, database design, high performance reporting architectures, data warehousing and web based reporting. Peter holds a BA in History and a MS in Statistics.
Peter also serves as a board member of the Science Factory Children's Museum in Eugene, Oregon.
