Cietta Kiandoli is the Program Director of State Voices. Prior to joining the State Voices team, Cietta worked as a Special Assistant for Political Operations for the National AFL-CIO where she assisted the National Field Director for the Labor 8 in 08 programs' planning and implementation. She also worked as the Headquarters Point Person for the Northeast - Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

At Grassroots Solutions Cietta was a Senior Program Manager and oversaw all aspects of recruitment and logistics for Campaign Camp training programs across the country. During her tenure she coordinated trainings in over 30 cities across the country and trained hundreds of activists. Additionally, as a program manager, she helped develop plans for electoral races across the country and coordinated with campaign staff to help them implement their field programs.

Prior to joining Grassroots Solutions, Cietta was the Director of Youth Outreach for Americans United to Protect Social Security. In 2002, she was a fundraiser and coordinated religious and constituency outreach for the Dan Blue Senate Campaign. Cietta's experience includes working for the Congressional Black Caucus as a Special Projects Director. Prior to that, Cietta was the Regional Field Director for the Gore/Lieberman Presidential campaign in Miami, Florida, where she coordinated the youth outreach and volunteer programs.

She also worked for Public Campaign as the Senior Outreach and Legislative Associate and served as the National Field Director for America's Families United, where she oversaw the funding programs of 27 organizations that operated in nearly 30 states. Her career began as a staff assistant for former Congressman Albert Wynn.

Cietta has been a speaker at several conferences including the Democracy Action Program and was featured on the radio program Democracy Now. Cietta has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College.
